A restorative experience designed to reconnect you with yourself through movement, sound, and hair care:

• Breath, Movement & Meditation: Slow down the mind with deep breathwork. Release physical tension through gentle, floor-based Asanas, moving into a centering meditation.
• The 4-Hand Ritual : As you rest in absolute stillness, experience the ultimate physical release, a simultaneous four-hand massage blending a therapeutic scalp massage ritual at the hair roots with a deeply grounding foot and hand massage, reconnecting the two ends of your being.
• Sound: A continuous warm bath of frequencies played live will guide your movement from your very first breath. As you melt into Savasana, the music fades into absolute silence.

From your hair to your soul, it’s time to find your roots.

• What to bring: Please wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows you to move freely. We will provide Water.
• Arrive on time: Doors open at 18:00 for arrival and settling in. The main experience starts strictly at 18:15. To respect the sacredness of the space and the immersion, late arrivals will not be admitted once the session begins.
• During the 4-Hand Ritual: To allow you to fully experience the scalp Gua Sha ritual, we suggest keeping your hair loose (avoiding tight braids or complicated updos).
• Digital Detox: We kindly ask you to switch off your phone or put it on silent/flight mode upon arrival to preserve the collective stillness and fully enjoy the transition into silence.
• Belongings & Space: Changing space is available if you need to change after work. All props like blankets or eye masks, will be ready for you on your spot.
