About this Event

All proceeds raised from this event will go to Nanaimo Women Helping Women.
Sunday morning Yoga Series, preregistration limited to nine participants.
Please park in driveway before street (fits 4 cars). Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. We will focus on breath awareness, connecting our movement to breath, gentle strengthening, and easing through range of motion. Beginners welcome!
