Krohn Conservatory is partnering with Project Yoga for a special yoga series amongst a moon light menagerie.Meet our partners:
Project Yoga is a nonprofit dedicated to promoting mental health and physical well-being in Greater Cincinnati’s underserved communities through trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness. We believe in the transformative power of movement and breath to create a ripple effect of kindness, peace, and resilience.
Their programs are designed to nurture mental health, support physical well-being, and foster a sense of connection and belonging. By partnering with schools, shelters, social service organizations, and other community-based nonprofits, they bring accessible, trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and breathing exercises to those who need them most.
