Learn how to support the body as it moves through its inner winter with a restful, restorative yoga practice and guided self reflexology.We will start by melting into soft shapes that support and create ease in the body.
After this, we will talk about reflexology, how it can benefit our bodies and hormones, and learn the techniques to balance hormones and create more comfort in the body.
Self reflexology gives you the tools and opportunity to support the body anywhere, anytime.
Who is this event for?
Anyone that is menstruating or for anyone who would like to learn the tools to support someone they love who is menstruating.
What to bring?
- yoga mat
- water (tea will be available)
What is the cost?
This event is free for members and card holders, and $20 to the public.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign in and settle.
