Sound Journey

Sound healing dates many thousand years back. Himalayan singing bowls, shamanic drums, rattles and chanting are some of the oldest forms of healing found in all ancient cultures on earth.

Vibrational sound healing, Sound Bath or Sound Healing use the vibrational energies of different instruments or vocal sounds to create and harmonize, as well as clear and release energy, through non-invasive, natural harmonic sounds. Sound is a powerful tool to increase awareness and focus energy.

At the simplest level, sound therapy releases endorphins and allows the body to come into complete relaxation. At a more complex level, it helps us to heal and release old energy patterns. Whatever level you are at, it simply feels amazing.

THE UNIVERSAL LAW of VIBRATION states that everything in the Universe consists of energy or light in motion that vibrates at a certain speed and the resonance of it determines its frequency.

What to expect…

As you arrive in our space, we will take a peaceful savasana pose on our mats. Tricia will talk about the sounds you may hear and guide you through our journey. We will explore various instruments such as shamanic drums, rattles, bells, crystal & Himalayan singing bowls, and gongs, throughout our session. The music will ebb and flow allowing the body to move through energetic changes. Allowing time for our body to release old or stagnant energies and invite a new sense of peace.
