What to Expect In Class:
Yoga Sculpt combines the mindfulness of yoga with the intensity of strength training for a full-body workout that builds power, endurance, and balance. Set to energizing music, this class uses light weights, bodyweight movements, and cardio bursts to elevate your heart rate and strengthen every major muscle group. You’ll flow, sweat, and challenge yourself — all while staying grounded through breath and intention.
*Mats + Props provided. Hot/cold tea & hot/cold towel provided. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to find parking and settle in.
