Each month we're listening to a selection of classic literature of the strange or spooky variety. Unstructured restorative - move at your own pace.
Please select the appropriate event based on your desire for ON THE MAT or IN A SILK. There are two events listed at the same time based on these options. $13 on the mat, $18 in a silk, limited spaces available.
Chill out on your mat or in a low-hung hammock silk while we listen to "The Judge's House" by Bram Stoker and "The Festival" by HP Lovecraft. We will finish the night with a few instrumental songs from the 1992 Bram Stokers Dracula soundtrack.
Nikki will offer some pose suggestions at the beginning of class, but you may move into your desired restful poses as you wish throughout the event.
Wear comfy clothes and just R E L A X
Please no zippers, metal, or jewelry if you are in a hammock silk.
