Join us for Gentle Yoga Pranayama and Meditation every Wednesday 5:30-6:15PM. ALL are welcome even if no prior yoga or meditation experience. This class is offered virtually OR in person. In person group will be held at 307 S. Commercial St. inside the Old Post Office building within the Wild Soul Sister. Limited space availability. It is encouraged to register early. *We ask out of courtesy that you let us know by email, text or call at least 2 hours before class begins if you are not attending in person.*This continuing weekly class can be purchased on the website with options of a 5 or 10 class punchcard or if financially burdened we offer a $5 per class option, Please contact me so I can send you an invoice, or we can set up a payment schedule for you. In this gathering, participants will be guided beginning with a gentle relaxing yoga practice to release tension from the body leading into pranayama (Yogic breathwork) practice to relax and calm the mind, transitioning to guided meditation. We will embrace our present moment experience just as it is and as we are. We will let go of judgement, and with a kind curiosity, observe the now with compassionate awareness.
If joining online you will need 2 yoga bricks a strap or belt a couple of firm folded blankets and the availability of a chair. For comfort in meditation you may lay down, use a chair sit on the floor with the support of a meditation cushion, bolster or blankets.
