Join me (within the Wild Soul Sister, inside the Old Post Office Building Lower Level in Neenah) for a soul journey to the calm within.
Give permission to yourself to allow your mind and body rest in spacious awareness. This meditative journey is where your consciousness can get a taste of your true nature...to rest your weary mind and heart, and observe the effortless state of wakefulness and deep sleep.
Yoga Nidra is a beneficial practice of deep relaxation in which it can become a ritual of good self care and holistic healing. This meditative practice dates back to approximately 1,000 BC and brings to life the essential teachings of Yoga.
Some benefits of Yoga Nidra are:

Payment is due on the day of the event OR payment can also be made earlier online. Please let me know and I can send you an invoice through the email that you give me.
After registering you will be emailed, to the email that you give, a health form to be filled out and submitted. If you have already filled out one from previous classes you do not have to fill one out.
What to bring:
Your Yoga mat, (if you don't have one please let us know and one can be provided), Pillow, a blanket to cover yourself, water bottle with water. Wear Comfortable Clothing.
