Tricks and Tools for Two Great Poses: Triangle and Half Moon
Fun and functional study of structural yoga with Leslee, a self-professed anatomy geek and alignment yoga specialist for over 15 years.Two amazing, commonly taught, and rarely executed properly poses in the frontal plane of movement. Impacting spine and hip health, triangle and half moon are freeing when structure is sound. Leslee will lead you through common malalignments and great, accessible (even fun!) tricks to move from these poses being wrong (a sidebend or worse) to being right (sacrum and
spine aligned, hip and pelvis cued properly, and more. These poses are freeing and joyous when done right and worthy of toggling back and forth from one to the other a few times to explore stability, mobility, effort and ease all in one. Color handout provided. All levels welcome.
