This is a group session facilitated by Hayley Godfrey. This session consists of Guided Meditation, Sound Healing that will take you on an Deep Inner Journey if you Allow it, Connection in Like minded Community, A Space to Process & Digest through Journaling, A Space to Nourish and Meet yourself where you are with An Open Heart and Mind. 🌀The Intentions of this session are to embrace the illumination of the pink full moon, going inward to cultivate balance & harmony as we step forward in this season of rebirth. 🌷
Please bring your favorite journal & pen, for an intuitive journaling session at the end of the sound journey. 💭
***Sound Journeys are typically experienced lying or seated comfortably on the ground. Please Bring a Yoga Mat, Blanket, and Pillow as well as anything else that will allow you to cultivate a safe, and comfortable space. There are a few chairs for those who cannot be on the ground! 🤎***
Hayley utilizes universal elements in the space she cultivates ~ these elements have a vast range but do include essential oils, smudging, and candles ~ if you have any sensitivities to scents please allow Hayley to know prior to the event. 🔥🌊🌍🌬️🪵🌐
