PiYo + Sculpt + Stretch at Synergy Social Wellness

We are so excited to bring PiYo + Sculpt + Stretch to life in Canandaigua! Join Julia Tiberio, Certified Pilates Instructor and Robyn Paige, Certified Yoga Instructor (E-RYT 500), for a fun way to start your week with a class where pilates meets yoga and sculpt meets stretch in the beautiful setting of Synergy Social Wellness. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to sweat it out and then unwind! The event will be held indoors and is open to all levels of fitness. The class will be held from 11:00am-12:00pm every first Sunday of the month from January - April. You can buy a drop-in class or purchase a package at a discounted price for all four classes! Don't miss out on this unique experience where exercise is met with relaxation.
