Join us for a day of connection on the land at Forest Farm—where community, movement, and music meet.
Event Flow:
• 12:00 PM – Arrival + Welcome
• 2:00 PM – Yoga Class (75 min)
• Followed by a Sound Bath (3:15–3:45 PM)
• 3:45–5:00 PM – Free Time to Explore the Farm
• 5:00–6:00 PM – Arm Balance Clinic
• 6:00–7:00 PM – Potluck Dinner: Come Eat & Share
• 7:00–9:00 PM – Live Music with Good Time Alibi and Bonfire
What to Expect:
• Outdoor yoga, sound bath, & meditation
• Nature walks + relaxing open space
• Community, connection, and celebration
What to Bring:
Yoga mat, dish to share, lawn chair, BYOB, and an open heart
