Info: Linda Osorio, an RYT 500 yoga instructor, embodies a profound wisdom that transcends mere poses and breaths. Her expertise goes beyond certification; it's a combination of experience, compassion, and a deep understanding of the human spirit.


Linda has been in the Healing Arts professionally since 2004 and has owned and operated two thriving studios. She continues to grow her understanding of the ancient wisdom of Yoga and anatomy and passes her knowledge on to her students.

Starting as a Qi Gong Teacher she embraced all the wisdom of energy work and movement and began to infuse it into her yoga classes. Her classes were not only well received but were the foundation of her successful yoga studios.
