Join Nomadic Flow at the historic Bluewood Brewery for a morning of movement and community. We’ll be gathering on the beautiful outdoor patio—originally the historic Lemp stables—for an all-levels yoga session designed to wake up your body and mind.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or you’ve never even stepped on a mat, this class is for you. Our mission is to make yoga approachable, fun, and (most importantly) rewarding.
