✨ Ryse Above: Ecstatic Dance ✨ A space to move, release, and reconnect. Join us for an evening of cacao, breathwork, somatic movement, and music — all designed to help you get out of your head and into your body. This isn’t about doing anything “right.” There’s no choreography, no pressure — just a space where you can move how you feel and be around others doing the same. 🌿

What to expect:

• Cacao ceremony (cacao sourced directly from farmers in Guatemala — fair trade, no child labor)

• Breathwork & somatic movement

• Yoga with Heather Rose

• Guided meditation & sound bath with Cate Tay

• Live music journey with DJ Benzo No experience needed — come as you are. 💰

Suggested Donation: $20–$60 sliding scale, no one turned away. Due to limited capacity pre-registestration (getting ticket thru Eventbrite) is required to hold your spot. You can pay now via Eventbrite or pay at the door via cash, Venmo, or Cash App upon arrival.

• No phones during the experience
