Let the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, bells, chimes and an ocean drum wash over you and take you on a peaceful journey. All attendees should arrive at least 10 minutes early to get settled in. Everyone should bring items to support thier comfort while laying on the floor: yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and whatever items needed to get comfortable.
