Journaling prompts are provided to help you dive deeper into your Sankalpa — a heartfelt intention or resolve rooted in your deepest truth. Through intentional reflection, you'll clarify your goals and values while creating space for meaningful self-connection.
Developing your Sankalpa before practicing Yoga Nidra will further commit your subconscious towards your true self. This session will end with thoughtful partner discussions, to share insights and gain new perspectives while enjoying tea.
