Feeling stressed out? Unwind into a state of total relaxation by setting your intention and experiencing deep rest and meditation. Jere will guide you in yoga nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," which is a state of conscious relaxation. Yoga nidra is practiced while lying down - no yoga experience whatsoever is required! Guided instructions will help you systematically relax your body and mind, fostering a state between wakefulness and sleep. Yoga nidra can reduce stress, improve sleep quality, enhance mental clarity, and promote overall well-being.

Jere will add the sound of gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments to envelop your body, mind, and spirit in healing and energizing vibrations. Try Yoga Nidra + Gongbath for Total Relaxation to take your own personal journey to a deep level of inner peace, rejuvenation, and re-energization.

Spiral Light Sound & Meditation Center in the Redlands area of Grand Junction. Address provided upon registration.

• Doors open at 5:00. Please arrive before 5:30 to visit with friends (some old, some new) and get settled. The program will begin promptly at 5:30.
• Feel free to stay afterwards for herbal tea and great conversation.

WEAR: Dress in layers and wear loose, comfortable clothing. As a courtesy to others, please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, scented body lotion, or other body fragrances.

BRING: A yoga mat or pad, blankets, pillows or cushion, and eye pillow or eye mask, as you will be sitting and lying on the floor. (Chairs are also available for sitting if you are unable to sit and lie on the floor.)
