Come and experience the powerful effects of Yoga Nidra or Yoga Sleep. Get your favorite blanket , pillow and eye mask packed and come settle into stillness as Teresa guides you into a deep state of relaxation. All levels welcome. This can be practiced in a chair or on the mat.This practice encourages the body to heal from within. As vibrations from Crystal Bowls, Buffalo Drum and Chimes flow through the body, deep releases can occur and a state of balance can be reached.
