Teresa is a heart-led yoga teacher, artist and Reiki Master. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher and certified in Vibrational Sound Therapies. She leads from a place of deep compassion and dedication and is very excited to be collaborating with Pam in this 75 minute restorative/sound class. This class will feature 40 minutes of Pam guiding restorative poses to gently calm, nurture and restore the body, mind and spirit. Teresa will then close the practice with 30 minutes of vibrational sound. Crystal Bowls, Buffalo Drum, Chimes and Kalimba will be played.This practice will allow the gentle movements and vibrations to release what no longer serves and make space for what you would like to attract more of into your life.
