This workshop offers an opportunity to explore gentle movement (Asana), mantra, and the art of painting. Pam will gently guide participants through movement that supports, opens and soothes the throat chakra - supporting clear judgement and logical thinking. Through mantra you will be encouraged to explore any area of your heart that is afraid to be seen and any area of your expression that is afraid to be heard.
Teresa will guide participants into a meditative and introspective painting process where you will be encouraged to create what is in your heart. Join us in a supportive community as we meet each other with compassion and empathy.
**Special Instructions:
Bring a piece of clothing that you feel would express your hearts deepest and dearest vibration. Clothing should be 100% cotton-worn. The clothing you choose would ideally embody the energy of yourself. Don't worry about stains - in fact Teresa strongly encourages bringing that favorite piece with a stain! You will re-purpose it and give it a whole new life!
*Please bring your own yoga mat and you are welcome to bring a cold lunch or snacks to nourish your body. Light snacks will be provided.
