Sink into stillness with this 60-minute Yoga Nidra and sound healing journey designed to gently guide you beyond the thinking mind and into deep restoration. Through guided meditation, you’ll enter a state between wakefulness and sleep where the body can fully release and recalibrate. Soothing frequencies will support nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and inner clarity. No movement is required—simply rest, receive, and allow yourself to be held in a space of calm, healing, and renewal.

Mat and bolsters will be provided, please bring anything else that you feel will help you melt into this space.
