These sessions are all about deep rest, release, and renewal — the perfect way to pause, recharge, and reconnect.

This will be a deeply nurturing experience.
Join us for an evening of deep rest and release.
Includes guided meditation (Yoga Nidra) and Sacred Sound journey.
