This gentle retreat is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body, your breath, and the natural world.
Take a step back from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in a deeply nourishing day with mindful yoga teacher Kate, and Forest Bathing guide Debbie, in the tranquil beauty of Springhead, nestled in the Dorset countryside.
Your day will include:
Somatic movement and Yoga
Forest Bathing
Yoga Nidra
No experience needed; all levels are welcome. This is a day for anyone seeking stillness, softness, nourishment and renewal.
What’s included: All sessions, snacks, and refreshments. Yoga Mats will be provided.
Please bring your own light picnic lunch, a bottle of water, a couple of blankets, a pillow, your journal, loose comfortable clothing for yoga, and sturdy footwear for Forest Bathing. Along with weather appropriate layers.
