Nothing to do but turn up, cosy up and drift away into bliss!
Ending the evening with delicious homemade vegan cakes & tea.
Remember comfort is queen! Make sure you bring lots of cosy bedding and mats so you are as relaxed and warm as possible on the floor (just like a grown ups sleepover!)
Doors open at 19:00 ready for meditation and gong at 19:30
