Each class begins with a brief, accessible movement practice to release tension and prepare the body to fully settle. After movement, you’ll be guided into a fully propped resting position using bolsters, blankets, and other supports,this is not a standard savasana, but a carefully crafted nest for deep rest. The remainder of the hour is a guided Yoga Nidra journey, requiring no effort or prior experience. You may experience profound relaxation, emotional release, or a sense of clarity and renewal. Whether you remain aware or drift close to sleep, the practice meets you exactly where you are, offering deep restoration for body, mind, and nervous system.
