Sacred Play: a family yoga gathering

Sacred Play is a family yoga gathering where caregivers and children share space, movement, and attention in a gentle, intentional container. Children are invited to explore on their own mats moving, resting, or creating in a cozy corner. While caregivers are held in a nourishing practice designed for their body, mind, and spirit. Participation is always optional, but the invitation to connect and move together is woven into the flow.
Nevada brings her experience teaching yoga to children into this offering with a relaxed, spacious approach that honors curiosity, presence, and rhythm. Children are supported to try poses, observe, or simply be, while caregivers receive the uninterrupted time to move, breathe, and restore.
