Start 2025 in a state of relaxation surrounded by nature at Busch Wildlife Sanctuary. Join somatic coach and yoga instructor Jennifer Baez for an hour-long for Yoga Ndira & Sound Bath therapy, which aims to relax the mind and body, clear the subconscious, and activate your body's natural healing abilities.
Space is limited, and advance registration is required. The session is $20 per person with all proceeds benefiting Busch Wildlife Sanctuary.
Bring a mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing.
