The Blue Mind Reset+ Sunset social on Jupiter Inlet is a restorative practice that brings you the calm and well-being of blue mind with a blend of guided meditation, light stretches and a dreamy sound bath. Haven’t heard of the Blue Mind Theory yet? Let us introduce you to a way of being more calm, creative, balanced and connected, then carry the healing benefits of blue mind with you through the weekend.
Our time together ends savoring sunset over the inlet with a cup of Chamomile tea and the prettiest view in town. Leave relaxed and ready for a good night's sleep.

Held on the lighthouse deck 2 Thursdays/month at sunset.
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to program start to check in.
$26 donation at the entrance includes tea.

Plan to be comfortable on a wood deck. Bring blankets, yoga mat(s)or low backed beach go. Everyone is welcome! No prior meditation experience is required.
