A special Reset by the ocean!The Blue Mind Reset+ Sunset social returns to the beach with a restorative practice that brings you the calm and well-being of blue mind with a blend of guided meditation and a dreamy sound bath. Haven’t heard of the Blue Mind Theory yet? Let us introduce you to a way of being more calm, creative, balanced and connected, then carry the healing benefits of blue mind with you through the weekend.
Our time together ends savoring the sounds of the sea. Leave relaxed and ready for a good night's sleep.
Held on the beach in front of Jupiter Civic Center, Carlin Park
Must arrive 20 minutes before 6:30 pm to check in.
Check-in station on the beach.
$22 donation.
Cash or credit card.
Plan to be comfortable and warm. Bring blankets, yoga mat or low backed beach chair. Everyone welcome!
