This powerful practice works on aligning your chakras and energy centers, supporting balance and flow throughout your entire being. It also stimulates the lymphatic system to help clear toxins, strengthens the nervous system to increase resilience, and brings clarity to the mind so you can move through life with greater peace and purpose.

Each class weaves together:

🌿 Dynamic movements & gentle stretches to open and strengthen the body

💨 Breathwork practices to increase energy and clarity

🧘 Meditation to calm the mind and connect with your higher self

🎶 Sound healing woven throughout the practice

🌌 A deeply restorative gong sound bath to close, leaving you refreshed and renewed

This class is open to all levels—whether you are brand new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you will find a safe and supportive space to grow.
