a heart-opening practice of call-and-response chanting set to live music.
Kirtan is part of the ancient tradition of Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of devotion. Through repeating mantras and sacred sounds, we quiet the mind, uplift the spirit, and create a sense of unity. You don’t need to be a singer or have any experience—just bring your voice, your heart, and your presence.
This beautiful practice blends music, meditation, and community connection, leaving you feeling grounded, energized, and deeply at peace.
