A deeply restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and healing vibrations to clear the emotional and energetic residue of last year.

The Radiance Circle — a guided women’s circle for letting go of old narratives, identities, and expectations… and gently choosing the new stories you want to live into.

Comfort + Support with blow-up beds, cozy set-up, and soft refreshments so you can truly relax and receive.

New Year Awakening Activation — step into the version of you who is ready to rise, soften, and shine.

Facilitated by Dr. Triya, sound healer, educator, and creator of Selah Solace Within. Known for her warm, nurturing presence and transformational women’s healing spaces, Dr. Triya guides you into deep rest, emotional release, and inner awakening.
