Yoga in the Park SJ — Summer 2026 Series

Yoga in the Park SJ returns this summer with a refreshed rhythm and an even deeper focus on community, connection, and intentional living. Join us in the heart of Downtown San Jose at RFRD Canine Recreation Center for a bi-weekly outdoor experience designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect.

This 8-event summer series will bring together local yoga teachers, facilitators, and wellness leaders to guide you through donation-based classes that blend movement, breathwork, and mindfulness. Each session is thoughtfully curated to be accessible for all levels—whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice.

Expect more than just a yoga class. These gatherings are about cultivating a supportive community, creating space for mental clarity, and embracing the energy of practicing outdoors. From grounding flows to uplifting group energy, every event is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and those around you.
