Our amazing community is coming together again in 2025 to live better, longer! Together we're bringing "Soulful Saturdays" to the lovely Verdugo Park, the first & third weekend (Saturday) of every month:
- One hour yoga session starts at 10am led by our program coordinator and local yoga instructor, Monica.
- FREE with RSVP!
- Please bring a YOGA MAT if you have one. And if not, we'll have a few extras available.
- Find us on the north side of Verdugo Park (see map below). Parking is available at both the lots and on street.
- Class is suited for both beginners and experienced yogis.
This popular offering is part of the "Go Heart" wellness program - which is free to the public. The project is a provided by Adventist Health Glendale, supporting healthy hearts and stronger communities For more info & to join our mailing list, visit GoHeartLA.com.
WHERE to FIND US:
We'll be on the north side of the park, across from the baseball field. Look for the Adventist Health table, and happy people :)
