Yoga in the Park | Go Heart Adventist Health

Our amazing community is coming together again in 2025 to live better, longer! Together we're bringing "Soulful Saturdays" to the lovely Verdugo Park, the first & third weekend (Saturday) of every month:

• One hour yoga session starts at 10am led by our program coordinator and local yoga instructor, Monica.
• FREE with RSVP!
• Please bring a YOGA MAT if you have one. And if not, we'll have a few extras available.
• Find us on the north side of Verdugo Park (see map below). Parking is available at both the lots and on street.
• Class is suited for both beginners and experienced yogis.
