Yoga in the Park | Go Heart Adventist Health

Our amazing community is coming together again in 2024 to live better, longer! Together we're bringing "Soulful Saturdays" to the lovely Verdugo Park, the first weekend (Saturday) of every month:

• One hour yoga session starts at 10am led by our program coordinator and local yoga instructor, Monica. *Stay tuned, we may be adding a second park yoga class per month!*
• FREE with RSVP!
• Please bring a YOGA MAT if you have one. And if not, we'll have a few extras available.
• Find us on the north side of Verdugo Park (see map below). Parking is available at both the lots and on street.
• Class is suited for both beginners and experienced yogis.

This popular offering is part of the "Go Heart" wellness program - which is free to the public.
