Come out and practice yoga with me at Phoenix Park! :)This class will be an Easy Flow Yoga which will help you to focus on your breath, relax the whole body, find your center, stretch the muscles, and release any tightness and tension in the body! We'll start with pranayama and short meditation, do some gentle head and neck stretches, glide through sun salutations and end the practice in a relaxing savasana.
~ For everyone (beginners, intermediate or advanced practitioners)
~ No heavy meal 2-3 hours before the class.
~ If you have any specific injury, body pain or health problem, please let me know before the class.
~ Bring your own mat or huge blanket.
