Yoga in the Park

This Vinyasa flow class combines breath and movement through graceful, flowing poses, enhanced with mobility work to leave you feeling amazing. Surrounded by nature, you’ll also experience a boost to your mental well‑being.

Please bring your yoga mat, a small blanket, and wear comfortable layered clothing so you can adjust as needed. In case of bad weather, we’ll practice under the bandstand. All other props will be provided—and spare mats are available if you need one.
