Instructor :
Elisa is the founder of "Yogalifemore". She is a certified yoga instructor with more than 12 years of experience a Sound Practitioner a breathwork facilitators and she guides meditations. She is also a neuroscience expert. Elisa has a passion for sharing the benefits of yoga creating a safe supportive and transformative environment for students of all levels.
