Join us for a Dynamic Flow Yoga session in the park! 🌳 Experience the beauty of nature while connecting with your body and breath. Our yoga class is designed to challenge and nourish your practice whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out.

Elisa is the founder of "Yogalifemore". She is a certified yoga instructor with more than 12 years of experience a Sound Practitioner a breathwork facilitators and she guides meditations. She is also a neuroscience expert. Elisa has a passion for sharing the benefits of yoga creating a safe supportive and transformative environment for students of all levels.
