This experience weaves together gentle breathwork in the garden, slow and intentional flow among the roses, and grounding, intuitive movement in the open grass beneath the sky. We’ll invite you to explore a deeper connection to the earth through a meditative walking practice, while the warmth of golden hour and the sounds of nature create a calming, atmospheric environment.
