HHAVEN's - Yoga and Cacao on the Green

Join us for a gentle, all levels yoga flow paired with a grounding cacao ritual and guided meditation, set on the grass by the pond in the beautiful equestrian neighborhood of Skyline Ranches. This is your space to slow down, enjoy some sunshine, and ease into your weekend with intention (without it feeling overly serious).

Will partake in Yoga Flow, Drinking Cacao and Meditating to the sounds and setting of nature - letting nature do what it does best.

What to bring:
• Yoga mat
• Blanket or towel
• Water bottle
• Grass may be wet from morning dew—dress accordingly

A note on cacao:
Cacao is a gentle, heart-opening plant medicine, but it may not be suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, sensitive to caffeine, or taking certain medications (such as antidepressants), please consult your healthcare provider or feel free to join and simply opt out of the cacao portion.
