About this Event
Welcome to Yoga in the Garden
A special slow flow yoga and meditation fundraiser in support of Isaiah House, Rochester’s volunteer-run comfort care home offering hospice care to terminally ill residents at no cost.
We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and meditation followed by a gentle, mindful slow flow guided by Camille D’Alessandro
Set in our serene back garden, this event blends movement and stillness, reflection, nature, and community.
Donations:
Tickets are free — all are welcome. We kindly suggest a $20 donation, with 100% of proceeds benefiting Isaiah House.
