Our Yoga in the Fields community has shifted to an exciting new community space. A place to centre and find stillness through movement and meditation.

You are warmly invited to join us for a grounding and uplifting 60-minute yoga class, followed by a relaxed chatter over tea + biscuits.
🌿 What to expect:

• A yoga practice inspired by seasonal transitions, yoga philosophy and lunar cycles.
• Meditation and breathwork.
• A simple optional sharing circle & journaling to reflect on what we might like to release, and what intentions we're working on.
• A plethora of tea + biscuits, and relaxed time to connect afterwards.

🪔 Why join?
Real-life community matters. Practising yoga together in person is powerful, but the magic continues when we linger afterwards and experience the magic of connection, collaboration, and saying yes to life.

Whether you joined us in London Fields last summer or this is your first time, you are very welcome!
