Yoga in The Courtyard with Cabuya Yoga

Join us for a free outdoor community class with Cabuya Yoga, opening this October at Montgomery Village. From 10–11 am, experience Cabuya Strong, the studio's signature yoga + strength class, designed to build power, mobility and a deeper connection between mind and body. All experience levels are welcome, and mats will be provided. Expect an upbeat playlist and energetic pace that keeps this class feeling more athletic than your average flow.

Following class, we'll take a walk to Cabuya's new studio for an exclusive sneak peek. Meet members of the team, ask questions, explore the space and enjoy light refreshments while discovering the studio behind the name: Cabuya, a relative of the agave plant, whose long fibers are twisted together to make rope. Simple material, made stronger by how it's woven together, just like a movement practice built breath by breath, class by class.

Attendees will be entered for a chance to win one of three 5-class packs, courtesy of Cabuya Yoga.

This outdoor event will be held at The Courtyard, located between Salt & Straw (700 Village Court) and Monti's (714 Village Court). Please wear layers, sunscreen and don't forget your sunglasses! Mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat for additional support. Please bring your own water bottle.
