10:45am - Arrival & Setup

11:00 - 12:15 - 75 minute Yoga Flow Class


Please bring your own mat and yoga props.

Dress in layers, mornings can be cool and we'll be in the shade.


In the event of rain or strong wind event, class will be cancelled.
