Root to Rise a charity soirée

We hope you can join us on Sunday, October 4, for our first annual Root to Rise charity soiree where we will gether in communty to learn more about the impact of yoga and mindfulness as a evidence based intervention for nervous system regulation and health of individuals and whole communities. Your presence and support would mean so much.
The event begins at 4pm with drumming from the one and only Onye Onyemachi. Passed appetizers will accompany browsing the silent auction items. Family style dinner from Sonoma Family meal paired with local wine to follow. Ricky Del Rosario will emcee and be the auctioneer for the night, and we will hear from executive director Lisa Ellisen about why yoga can impact a whole community.
Dress is Sonoma County casual.
Parking is free and abundant in the adjacent parking lot and on the street.
Decor will include testimonials from the over 6000 youth who have been exposed to yoga with the Soul Yoga Foundation as well as the educators and staff who have also been affected by the programs.
With your presence and support we can bring the tools of yoga and mindfulness into more places in Sonoma County which will have profound impact; the juvenile hall, local first responders, health care workers and also with families struggling to find balance and regulation in these trying times. There is no place that yoga can't go.
