Starting October 2nd we’re back with yoga classes at Sunken Gardens! Join us for a rejuvenating experience in a serene environment, surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sounds of nature. Our classes cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, ensuring everyone can find their flow.
Whether you are looking to enhance your flexibility, build strength, or simply find a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, our yoga sessions are tailored to meet your needs.

Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:30AM - 11:30AM
$30 includes 60 minute Hatha yoga class outdoors in the Amphitheater in front of the waterfalls (shaded) and all day admission to the historic Sunken Gardens. Members of Sunken Gardens are $25. Vandana Dillon (E-RYT200, Reiki Master, Sound Healer and Shamanic Breath and Yoga Nidra Facilitator) is a devoted teacher and She is the founder of VandanaLife, a transformational platform devoted to the integration of Yoga, Sound Healing, Reiki, Meditation, and spiritual well-being. Her work bridges ancient wisdom with embodied modern practices, creating immersive experiences that restore vitality, awaken consciousness, and nourish the soul.
Drawing from decades of study and service, Vandana leads retreats, trainings, and community events that inspire deep connection — to nature, to spirit, and to the Self.
