You’ll arrive at 9:45 AM for a peaceful guided hike through The View Winery’s 100-year-old apple orchard, where the trees are bursting with fresh buds and the air is filled with the scent of new growth. We’ll wander through the vines as the valley comes alive in soft morning light, eventually reaching a 360° panoramic view of the Okanagan below.
At the top, we’ll settle in for a deeply nourishing Yin-style yoga practice, focused on heart opening, breath, and inner renewal. This slow, meditative flow invites you to melt tension, release stored emotion, and reconnect to your body’s natural rhythm — all accompanied by the live, ethereal sounds of the electric handpan, played by Connor from Quantum Healing.
