Money is not just something we manage — it’s something we relate to with our body, nervous system, and sense of worth.Energy as Currency is a 90-minute experiential workshop blending gentle yoga, guided reflection and the Sacred Money Archetypes® assessment.
Participants will discover their unique money archetypes and explore how patterns around safety, giving, receiving, and self-trust live in the body.
Through movement, discussion, and somatic awareness, this workshop invites greater clarity, compassion, and choice in your relationship with money — without shame, pressure, or financial advice.
This is a body-based, inclusive experience open to all genders and the wider community. No prior knowledge of yoga or money archetypes is required.
Expect:
Completion of the Sacred Money Archetypes® assessment
Insight into your top archetypal patterns
Gentle yoga to feel these patterns in the body
Reflection and discussion (sharing always optional)
A grounded integration to carry forward
